Sales Manager

  • Source, qualify and approach potential customers, as well as system integrators
  • Independently manage the entire sales cycle: from pre-sales, through follow-up and to closing
  • Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and nurture client relationships
  • Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
  • Monitor and report on sales activities to management
  • Participate in sales events
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
  • Assume an active role in industry events and associations, while building relationships with key opinion leaders and industry  experts
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or business development in the Medical[1]  or Broadcasting fields
  • Have strong international contacts in the Medical and/or Broadcasting fields
  • Proven sales-objective achievements

  • Capable of building their own pipeline

Operations Manager

  • Assume an active role in the management of all operational tasks
  • Find the right vendors for all areas of operation
  • Negotiate with the vendors to reach agreements, set prices, and all implement work processes
  • Manage all company purchasing activities
  • Assume responsibility for all aspects pertaining to the delivery of sold products to the customer:
    • Quality assurance
    • Scheduling
    • Shipping
  • Oversee all inventory management processes
  • Manage all company import/export activities
  • Oversee assembly activities, those in-house and outsourced, including quality assurance processes
  • Assume responsibility for office maintenance and related tasks
  • Ensure that all operations are carried out in an optimal and cost-effective way
  • Plan inventory and manage warehouse efficiency
  • Ensure legal compliance is maintained at all times
  • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
  • A self-driven personality with leadership skills – MUST
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A proactive attitude and very detail-oriented mindset
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Proven work experience as an operations manager in a boutique company
  • Experience working with EPR system (SAP B1)
  • Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field

Sales Administrator

  • Assist in creating sales quotations, sales orders and all sales supporting documents as required by sales and business development department
  • Process orders and manage tasks in C4C CRM and SAP Business One
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Manage Sales calendar
  • Liaise with the operations department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Develop monthly sales reports
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features
  • Prepare sales material as requested by sales team
  • Conduct research as needed by Bus dev and sales
  • Provide admin support to all Sales and Bus dev team
  • Managed by VP Sales and Marketing
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or in another relevant role.
  • Proven experience with CRM software (Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Team player mindset with high level of dedication to professionalism
  • Ability to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines.
  • Proactive attitude.
