Product Manager

Elsight is looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about leading products design and got to market processes. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company vision and strategy.

  • Own and maintain a product roadmap that meet’s the company strategy.
  • Work with all relevant cross-functional teams including development, marketing, BD, sales, service and operations to deliver a seamless great product experience
  • Define a set of metrics to measure customer satisfaction and product performance and use these to analyse and make decisions
  • Work closely with R&D team to define and prioritize tasks, while striving to maximum outcomes
  • Execute all release and administrative workstreams related to launching and maintaining tech products
  • Ninja, who adapts well to a dynamic and fast pace environment
  • 2+ years of Product Management, preferably in HW-SW products
  • Targets oriented with high motivation that takes full ownership on projects with high attention to details
  • Ability to partner with cross-functional disciplines and to influence effectively
  • A keen understanding of customer’s core needs and motivations – know how to identify and turn into actionable requirements
  • Hands on mentality with proven ability to get things done
  • A Great communicator who can clearly convey messages in written and oral form (in English)

R&D Developer

Elsight is looking for a senior developer that will join our fast-growing company and will be responsible for developing the core of the company technology, towards realizing Elsight strategy to excellence.
As a fast-growing company the ideal Rַ&D candidate will be technological enthusiastic personnel with a can-do approach, strong interpersonal and execution skills that thrives in a fast-paced environment, ambitious, persistent and highly motivated.

  • Highly talented technological personnel with 2 year background in back-end development (Python), networks in Linux environments
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in multi-threaded, concurrent, asynchronous processes in embedded devices.
  • Experience with wireless systems (Cellular infrastructure – big advantage)
  • Background in cybersecurity related system – advantage
  • Experience in Agile environment.

Sales Manager

Elsight is looking for an experienced Sales Manager who is passionate about creating Sales and go to market processes. You will be responsible for managing and expanding sales for the company  and working closely with the Director Of Sales.

  • Source, qualify and approach potential customers, as well as system integrators
  • Independently manage the entire sales cycle: from pre-sales, through follow-up and to closing
  • Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and nurture client relationships
  • Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
  • Monitor and report on sales activities to management
  • Participate in sales events
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
  • Assume an active role in industry events and associations, while building relationships with key opinion leaders and industry  experts
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or business development in the Medical[1]  or Broadcasting fields
  • Have strong international contacts in the Medical and/or Broadcasting fields
  • Proven sales-objective achievements
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Capable of building their own pipeline
