Directors of Sales

At Elsight, we are on a mission to create a seamless, secure, connected world. We develop cutting-edge technology that delivers secure, real-time, adaptive data transmission over multiple IP links, allowing high-bandwidth, on-the-move connectivity anytime, anywhere. Our in-house R&D team specializes in developing unique connectivity and operational products, propelling the limits of data transmission technology into a future of endless possibilities.

Director of Sales will be responsible for managing and expanding all sales for the company while also managing the sales team and working closely with the CEO for revenue forecasting.

  • 5-7 years of experience in managing international sales teams
  • Successful experience building a go-to-market strategy and corporate sales plan
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals
  • Successful experience selling communication product (or related) to OEM’s and/or large corporations
  • Proven track record in managing and closing large business deals
  • Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities
  • Excellent communication and people skills – with prospects/customers as well as internally
  • Successful experience building and managing a territory
  • Technical orientation
  • Excellent negotiator
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Fluent English (Native/Full processional proficiency)
  • High level of Hebrew 
  • Availability for travel
  • Additional Languages
  • Experience working in an SBO environment (SAP business)
  • Previous experience working with EMEA, Latin America or USA markets

Sales Manager

  • Source, qualify and approach potential customers, as well as system integrators
  • Independently manage the entire sales cycle: from pre-sales, through follow-up and to closing
  • Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and nurture client relationships
  • Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
  • Monitor and report on sales activities to management
  • Participate in sales events
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
  • Assume an active role in industry events and associations, while building relationships with key opinion leaders and industry  experts
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or business development in the Medical[1]  or Broadcasting fields
  • Have strong international contacts in the Medical and/or Broadcasting fields
  • Proven sales-objective achievements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Technical orientation
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Capable of building their own pipeline
  • High levels of motivation
  • Fluent English (Native/Full professional proficiency)
  • High level of Hebrew
  • Available to travel
