Vice president of sales

Elsight is looking for a star performer, experienced, VP of sales with a strong background in developing substantial sales organizations. As a VP of sales, you will be responsible for leading the Elsight sales team, hiring new staff as necessary, and developing our current salespeople to perform at their highest potential. The VP of sales is also responsible for defining and maintaining the sales strategy and executing that strategy to drive revenue and growth.

  • Build and maintain sales team by recruiting, training, motivating, and developing the right talents (we highly believe in leading by example)
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and growth
  • Create, monitor, and report on sales goals, and adjust tactics as needed to reach them
  • Collaborate internally with Marketing, BD, Product, and Engineering to help prioritize the product roadmap
  • Partner with Marketing, BD, Product, and other functions to drive strategic direction and resource allocation
  • Create account-based and vertical growth strategies, including cross-selling, up-selling, and new market creation,
    and take the necessary steps to drive cross-functional internal alignment to those strategies
  • Drive sales negotiations, craft sales positioning, and presentation approach, assist with proposals and pilots, and
    own the pipeline driven by high-profile “strategic” accounts
  • Ensure the rest of the organization is aligned with go-to-market
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
  • And most importantly, create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement

Head of QA

Elsight is looking for an experienced head of QA that will join our fast-growing company and will be responsible for leading our QA efforts to achieve excellence. The head of QA will spearhead QA strategy and define methodologies to optimize the QA process and promote efficiency.
We are looking a proactive, technologically fluent person with a can-do approach and strong interpersonal skills who thrives in a fast-paced work environment, and is ambitious, persistent and highly motivated to ship high quality products to production.

  • Build and lead our QA (Automation and manual) pretty much from scratch.
  • Put in place the right QA methodologies and processes that will assure our product best quality.
  • Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects.
  • Take a major role in the development and execution of challenging testing and complex use cases in a
    networking product.
  • Be the hands-on technical lead in a large portion of the QA execution itself. That’s include automation design
    and execution and bugs analysis.
  • Lots of passion
  • Proven experience of establishing a QA tools, processes and team from scratch, includes designing and implementing test strategies, compile result analysis and escalate bugs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Startup experience, working in an agile software development life cycle to test new product features

Elsight is looking for a senior developer that will join our fast-growing company and will be responsible for developing the core of the company technology, towards realizing Elsight strategy to excellence. As a fast-growing company the ideal Rַ&D candidate will be technological enthusiastic personnel with a can-do approach, strong interpersonal and execution skills that thrives in a fast-paced environment, ambitious, persistent and highly motivated.

  • Highly talented technological personnel with 2 year background in back-end development (Python), networks in Linux environments
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in multi-threaded, concurrent, asynchronous processes in embedded devices.
  • Experience with wireless systems (Cellular infrastructure – big advantage)
  • Experience with working on production environment, in CI/CD
